Job Description
We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Sourcer. As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top candidates for various roles within our organization.
Your main duties will include sourcing potential candidates through different channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate fit. You will collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be proactive, and have a keen eye for identifying qualified candidates. Previous experience in recruitment or sourcing is preferred but not required.
