Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax and Compliance Staff member to prepare and submit tax filings, monitor regulatory changes, support internal and external audits, and maintain accurate tax records. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, has 1–3 years of tax compliance experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and tax software.
- Prepare tax calculations and reconciliations;
- Coordinate with external advisors and audit teams;
- Maintain compliance with local and national tax laws;
- Recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
