Job Description
You will support this objective through leading our tax operations in Philippines with respect to tax compliance, tax reporting, and tax advisory. Reporting to the CFO.
- Serve as the Tax leader with overall accountability for all of the company’s based entities with the support of a small team.
- Responsible for tax reporting including tax provisioning process, reconciliations, effective tax rates, current and deferred tax accounts, and maintaining tax attributes.
- Responsible for tax risk management/compliance, including various tax obligations.
- Provide tax advisory support and serve as a strategic partner for tax-effective solutions.
- Support FP&A and strategic/business planning for taxes.
- Manage inquiries, tax audits, and litigation with tax authorities.
- Monitor and interpret changes to tax legislation and communicate tax considerations.
Key Requirements:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Philippines taxation.
- Strong knowledge of tax principles – Corporate Income Tax, Value Added Tax, Withholding Tax, Transfer Pricing, International Tax.
- Familiarity with Global Minimum Tax and Domestic Minimum Tax regimes.
- Degree specializing in accountancy or law.
- 15+ years of relevant tax experience in professional firms or multinational financial institution.

Pay: Php150,00.00 – Php200,00.00 per month
