Job Description
Department: Legal
The Tax Lawyer will be responsible for overseeing tax concerns, planning, issues, audits, and litigation for the company and its affiliates. This includes preparing and filing tax documents.
The post holder will ensure compliance with regulatory agencies such as BIR, SEC, BOC, LGU, and others.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Tax Lawyer in an auditing company or manufacturing firm
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong working knowledge in Taxation
- Willingness to work in Binan, Laguna
