Job Description
As a Tax Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all tax reporting activities within our organization. Your primary role will be to ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax returns, financial statements, and other tax-related documents. You will work closely with tax authorities, auditors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with tax regulations and provide strategic tax planning advice.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, attention to detail, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should also possess effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. Previous experience in tax reporting and a degree in accounting or a related field are highly desirable.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and filing tax returns, including corporate income tax, value-added tax (VAT), and withholding tax
- Reviewing financial statements and tax provisions to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Responding to tax audits, inquiries, and notices from tax authorities
- Providing tax-related advice and support to internal teams and external auditors
- Staying updated on changes in tax regulations and advising on their impact
