Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Receiving and entering phone inquiries in CRM system.
- Processing tax-related details and work expenses.
- Approving estimates and required documents from clients.
- Checking client approvals and addressing email concerns.
Qualifications:
- Computer literate and MS Office proficient.
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Good administrative and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service skills & tax/accounting background.
