Job Description
Job Purpose: The Teacher’s Sales Agent is responsible for achieving loan targets and maintaining a good loan portfolio quality. This role involves effective relationship management to ensure client satisfaction.
Main Accountabilities:
- Field work and maintaining desirable loan accounts.
- Implementing marketing strategies for loan origination targets.
- Assessing loan requirements and business information.
- Providing inputs for policy improvements in lending operations.
- Performing collection efforts and account monitoring.
Job Type: Full-time
