Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Teacher’s Sales Agent is responsible for achieving loan targets and maintaining a good loan portfolio quality. The role involves effective relationship management and accounting servicing.
Main Accountabilities:
- Conduct field work.
- Identify and maintain desirable loan accounts.
- Implement marketing strategies to achieve loan origination targets.
- Gather and validate loan documentary requirements.
- Assess funding structures suitable for clients.
- Provide inputs for policy improvements.
- Perform remedial collection efforts.
- Engage in proactive account monitoring.
- Complete other assigned tasks.
