Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Teacher’s Agent is responsible for achieving loan targets and maintaining a good loan portfolio quality. They will also handle relationship management and account servicing to ensure the maintenance of loan portfolio quality.
Main Accountabilities:
- Identify, solicit, and maintain desirable loan accounts in the assigned area.
- Implement marketing strategies to achieve loan origination targets.
- Gather and assess loan documentary requirements and business information for credit evaluation.
- Determine appropriate funding structure for clients based on their needs.
- Monitor accounts proactively to maintain loan portfolio quality.
- Provide input for improving lending operation policies.
- Perform collection efforts and other assigned tasks.
Job Qualifications:
- Open to Undergraduate, Vocational Course, & ALS graduates.
- No experience required.
- Preferably with a motorcycle.
