Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Teacher’s Sales Agent is responsible for achieving loan targets and maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio. This role involves relationship management and accounting servicing to ensure the continued quality of the loan portfolio.
Main Accountabilities:
- Carry out field work.
- Identify, solicit, and maintain desirable loan accounts in the assigned area.
- Implement marketing strategies to meet loan origination targets.
- Gather, assess, and validate loan requirements and business information for credit evaluation.
- Contribute to improving lending policies and guidelines.
- Determine appropriate funding structures for clients based on their business needs.
- Monitor and service accounts proactively to maintain a high-quality loan portfolio.
- Handle remedial collection efforts when necessary.
- Perform other assigned tasks from the supervising leader.
