Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Teacher’s Sales Agent shall be responsible for achieving loan targets and maintaining a good loan portfolio quality. Responsibilities include relationship management and accounting servicing to ensure the maintenance of a high-quality loan portfolio.
Main Accountabilities:
- Conduct fieldwork
- Implement marketing strategies for loan origination targets
- Gather and validate loan documentary requirements
- Provide inputs for policy improvement
- Solicit and maintain desirable loan accounts
- Assess appropriate funding structure for clients
- Perform assigned tasks and collection efforts
- Implement account monitoring and servicing activities
