Job Description
Job Purpose: The Teacher’s Agent will be responsible for achieving loan targets and maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio. This role involves effective relationship management and account servicing.
Main Accountabilities: Key responsibilities include identifying and managing loan accounts, implementing marketing strategies, validating loan requirements, assessing funding structures, proactively monitoring accounts, improving policies, and performing collection efforts.
Job Qualifications: Candidates should be college graduates, with or without experience. Having a motorcycle is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time. Benefits: Health insurance, life insurance, and paid training. Schedule: 8-hour shift. Supplemental Pay: 13th-month salary and commission pay.
Experience: Sales experience preferred (1 year).
