Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Team Lead in our BPO/Call Center department. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of customer service representatives to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.
Your main responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, monitoring team performance, providing coaching and feedback, resolving escalated customer issues, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to improve processes and achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BPO/Call Center industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
