Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Team Lead with at least 2 years of experience in a BPO company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, handle multiple accounts, and have knowledge of mobile networks and internet providers. A collegiate education and proficiency in MS Office are essential; being tech-savvy is a plus.
This full-time position involves managing KPIs, developing team members, and daily communication with managers.
