Job Description
e-Infomedia Solutions Sdn Bhd was established in 2017. We provide Software Solutions, Professional Services, Digital Marketing, and Business Management & Consultancy in Malaysia. Our solutions drive transformation and improve productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee call/contact center operators’ performance
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support
- Develop plans to achieve center targets
We are looking for people who:
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess strong problem-solving abilities
- Can work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Are passionate about customer service and continuous improvement
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 6 months of TL experience
- Excellent Leadership Skills
- Committed and flexible in shifting schedules
- Willing to complete the application on-site (Mabini or MAA)
