Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day supervision of a group of agents including work and attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy and applicable legal requirements
- Hold Team meetings to make sure pertinent information is quickly communicated and to provide an open platform for suggestions. Plan and coordinate group activities
- Determine any concerns with performance, create an improvement plan, and take remedial action, including terminating employment, if necessary.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 Years in College
- Should have a leadership experience as Team Lead in a BPO setting for healthcare account
- Proficient with commercial and government insurance plans, payer networks, government resources, and medical terminology.
- Demonstrated experience communicating effectively with patients
- Must be willing to report onsite
