The primary role of a Team Lead in Operations is to manage an assigned team meeting customer service levels, completing projects, and enforcing company policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have an active local RN license
- At least 1 year of recent clinical/hospital experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Subject Matter Expertise in Clinical Coding
- Experience in Inpatient Coding
