Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader at Outsourcing Manila Ph. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery. Your tasks include overseeing team performance, providing coaching and feedback, resolving issues, and implementing process improvements. Strong leadership, communication, and motivation skills are essential.
Qualifications
- 1 year experience as a Team Leader (Outbound Sales)
- Leadership and management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate team members
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of BPO industry processes
- Proficiency in relevant software
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Certifications in leadership or management (optional)
