Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Lead, Service Delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of service delivery professionals and ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services to our clients.

As a Team Lead, Service Delivery, you will be tasked with managing the daily operations of the team, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and feedback to team members. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery processes and customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in service delivery and excellent leadership and communication skills. You should also have a track record of delivering results and meeting targets.
