Job Description
HAB-Jones Lang LaSalle SSC (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a dedicated Team Lead for our Sourcing & Procurement department. The ideal candidate will:
- Act as the main point of contact for operational issues.
- Manage new starter training and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Conduct weekly team meetings and share minutes with management.
- Administer team rosters and monthly quality control assessments.
- Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Identify training needs and ensure proper training resources are available.
- Oversee attendance policies and conduct annual performance reviews.
- Enhance operational efficiency and support fellow Team Leaders.
