Job Description

Your new responsibilities
- Maximize manpower and equipment utilization by coordinating proper scheduling and efficient resource usage.
- Provide updates through shift performance reports, covering all accomplishments during the specific time frame.
- Coordinate closely with support groups on various activities and planned actions related to production schedule, material availability, quality standards, etc.
- Conduct meetings with subordinates to discuss line performance and important company matters, ensuring their concerns are addressed. Enforce line discipline and collaborate with employees’ council activities.
- Ensure work progress by monitoring and controlling personnel activities, enforcing discipline, counseling, and facilitating personnel development.
- Ensure employees’ compliance with safety and health standards.
- Monitor subordinates’ performance and take necessary actions to maintain and improve it.
What we look for
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience and knowledge in executing production plans.
- Background in capacity, standard time, cycle time, and planning.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing people in the production line, preferably in Final Test Production.
