Job Description
A store team leader is responsible for monitoring the staff’s performance, delegating tasks, and ensuring that the team provides the best customer service by responding to the customers’ inquiries and concerns and resolving their complaints. Also, assists with the development of marketing campaigns and promotional offers to sell goods and services to the customers, generating more revenues and increasing the business’ profitability.
