Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of customer service representatives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Your main duties will include coaching and training team members, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of BPO operations are essential for this role.
