Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader – Travel Account at Cobden & Carter International. The Team Leader will manage and lead a team, handle account management tasks, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain effective communication. The role is located in Muntinlupa City.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years Team Lead experience in a Travel Account
- Analytical Skills and Account Management
- Team Management and Customer Service
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in a leadership role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
