Job Description

Salary Package: ₱30K-₱35K +* ₱20K sign-on bonus + *great benefits
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hire A-Players, set expectations, identify behaviors, and coach employees to be outstanding performers.
- Lead a team of 12 to 15 agents with QA and ATL assistance.
- Demonstrate company core values and culture.
- Identify and reinforce positive sales behaviors through Training and Coaching.
- Deliver Performance Results and Quality.
Job Requirements:
- 1 yr managing Outbound campaigns OR 1 yr managing inbound Sales campaigns or 4 yrs Outbound Agent experience.
- Lead Generation Experience (preferred)
- Sales/Insurance/Appointment Setting Experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic
- Great Communication and Comprehension Skills
- Performance-driven
