Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily activities in dining and kitchen areas.
- Monitor inventory and manage costs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Motivate and train team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and build a successful team.
Job Type: Full-time
Benefits: Paid training, 13th month salary, overtime pay, and tips.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; 2 years team leader experience preferred.
Language: English preferred.
