Job Description
Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader in a Travel Account at Cobden & Carter International, located in Muntinlupa City. Responsibilities include team management, account tasks, customer service, and communication.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years Team Lead experience in a Travel Account
- Analytical Skills and Account Management
- Team Management and Customer Service
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in a leadership role
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php40,00.00 – Php54,00.00 per month
Benefits: Paid training
Schedule: Shift system
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary
