Job Description
Responsible for answering pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales inquiries on the customer service hotline;
Provide timely and effective solutions to requests received during phone conversations;
Ensure timely answering of calls, efficient communication, adherence to standard online time, and maintain the smoothness of agents.
Provide customers with good service attitude and professionalism, and resolve order issues;
Optimal suggestions received via phone should be promptly conveyed;
Responsible for completing work tasks assigned by superiors.
