Job Description
Work in a team environment to manage the daily operational needs of our email service channel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Zendesk; proficient in Zendesk reports (1-2yrs).
- Experience supporting dispersed clients/users and strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and deliver under tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
