Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced professional for the position of Team Leader, Financial Analysis. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial analysis team and ensuring the accuracy of financial reports and forecasts.
Your primary tasks will include leading a team of financial analysts, conducting analysis of financial data, developing financial models, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring financial performance, identifying trends, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in financial analysis
- Excellent knowledge of financial modeling techniques
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Leadership abilities and experience in managing a team
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Effective communication and presentation skills
