Job Description
Flatworld Philippines is a Great Place to Work-Certified company seeking dedicated individuals to join our Service Delivery Team as a Team Leader. Responsibilities include monitoring agent performance, developing team members, handling escalated customer calls, and more.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
