Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Leader for our Travel Account department.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of travel consultants, providing guidance and support in achieving targets and goals.
- Monitor team performance and ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service or travel-related role is essential.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality service.
