Job Description
High Tech Smart Solution seeks a dedicated Collection Team Leader for our Pasig-based account. This full-time, on-site role requires supervising and motivating a collections team, overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance, and driving achievement of collection targets. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of supervisory experience in collections, excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Responsibilities include performance reporting, coaching staff, and maintaining operational standards. Applicants must be based in or near Pasig. Competitive salary and benefits offered with immediate start available.
