Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of Team Leader I. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks. Your primary role will be to provide guidance, support, and supervision to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Delegate tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance performance
- Identify and address any issues or conflicts within the team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
