Job Description
Responsibilities:
- He or she is responsible for overseeing the performance of a team of call or contact center operators.
- He or she provides leadership, coaching, and support to their team, and develops plans to achieve the call or contact center targets.
We are looking for people who are:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for customer service and continuous improvement.
Minimum requirement:
- At least 6 months TL experience.
- Excellent Leadership Skills.
- Committed and willing to be assigned to any Site.
- Flexible in shifting schedules.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php22,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
