Job Description
Logicore is seeking a dedicated and motivated Team Leader to join our dynamic team. This position requires a candidate with at least a college level education and a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehousing or 3PL.
The ideal applicant will be result-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to create an inspiring team environment. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, setting team goals, and monitoring performance metrics while motivating team members and discovering their training needs.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: From Php13,00.00 per month | Benefits include health insurance and paid training.
