Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years HR experience in comp and ben, recruitment, or sourcing.
- 3 years experience in operations or shared services within HR or call center environment.
- Proven leadership skills with 3 years of management experience.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Preferred tools experience:
- Workday and Workday Recruit
- Salesforce
- ServiceNow
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php44,00.00 – Php65,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Shift system
