Job Description
Probe CX is seeking a Team Leader to supervise Contact Center agents and uphold service levels, quality, and productivity. You will coordinate daily planning and floor operations, manage scheduling, monitor calls, coach agents, conduct performance appraisals, and generate reports. Act as the liaison between management and staff, resolve escalations, propose product and process improvements, and support agent development to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Requirements: 2+ years as a Team Leader; experience in customer service, sales, or escalations
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Willingness to work in Eastwood, Quezon City
