Job Description
We are seeking a qualified candidate for the Team Lead position within our BPO sector. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the BPO industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role being a significant advantage. Exceptional English communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively are essential. Candidates with a background in Customer Service and experience in appointment setting will be preferred. Flexibility to work graveyard shifts and the ability to commence training immediately are required. A suitable home office setup and a stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) are mandatory.
We offer a work-from-home arrangement, competitive compensation beginning at Php 44,659.05, and a comprehensive benefits package.
