Job Description
Snapscale is seeking a full-time on-site Team Leader to oversee daily healthcare BPO operations at Bangkal or La Cima. The successful candidate will lead and coach a high-performing team, act as primary client liaison, and ensure consistent service quality.
- Responsibilities: monitor KPIs, analyze trends, implement continuous improvements, manage escalations, and prepare client reviews.

- Requirements: minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience in BPO/VA, strong people-management, communication, and problem-solving skills, reliability; healthcare account experience is a plus.
