Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader with strong leadership and communication skills. You should have experience in coaching teams, managing daily operations, and ensuring high-quality customer service. A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one year in team leadership within a customer support environment are required. Proficiency in CRM systems and a customer-centric approach are essential.
