Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly-skilled Team Leader with experience in the Fin-Tech industry. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of talented individuals, driving them towards achieving company goals and delivering outstanding results.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources to perform their roles effectively.
- Monitoring team performance and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
