Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Manager at ibex located in Davao. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a team, ensuring optimal performance and productivity. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing strategies, monitoring team performance, providing coaching and feedback, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement to drive customer satisfaction and achieve business goals.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in BPO or customer service industry
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of customer engagement strategies
- Experience in performance management and coaching
