Job Description
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Team Leader experience in Collections
- Extensive knowledge in Collections and ability to meet Monthly Cash Targets
- Design strategic campaigns with stakeholders to drive team towards targets
- Prioritize ledger accounts based on campaign effectiveness
- Monitor team progress, review and manage accounts effectively
- Resolve high impact accounts, handle payment challenges, mentor team
- Adapt to business change, clear understanding of SLAs and KPIs
- Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
