Job Description
As a Team Manager for Customer Service Escalations, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that escalated customer issues are resolved effectively and efficiently. Your main objective will be to provide excellent customer support and maintain customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will be expected to handle complex customer complaints and inquiries that have been escalated from frontline customer service agents. You will need to analyze these escalated cases, identify the root causes of the problems, and develop effective solutions to resolve them.
You will be required to manage and prioritize the workload of your team, ensuring that all escalated cases are promptly addressed and resolved within specified service level agreements. It will be your responsibility to train and coach your team members, providing them with the necessary guidance and support to handle challenging customer situations.
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent leadership and communication skills. You should have a deep understanding of customer service principles and processes, as well as the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. Proven experience in handling complex customer issues and managing a team is highly desirable.
