Job Description
Position Summary:
The Team Manager will supervise agents assigned to Minted DA, responsible for their day-to-day activities including staff supervision, performance tracking, meeting facilitation, issue resolution, and policy adherence.
- Supervise staff, track performance, and provide feedback
- Facilitate meetings and reinforce work model
- Resolve escalated customer and affiliate service issues
- Adhere to Minted DA policies
- Requirements for Team Manager:
- Leadership, results delivery, and employee coordination skills
Internal Qualifications:
- 1-year tenure with same program or relevant experience
- 2-3 years TM experience for external applicants
- Above-average communication and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Familiarity with graphic design software tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willingness to work onsite
