Job Description
Position Summary:
The Team Manager will supervise agents assigned to Small Campaigns, as well as, have responsibility for the agents’ day-to-day activities. Duties include:
- Supervise staff and track performance
- Facilitate meetings and provide formal coaching
- Adhere to Small Campaigns policies
- Resolve escalated customer service issues
Requirements:
- 1-year tenure in a similar role
- 2-3 years TM experience for external applicants
- Above-average communication skills
- Knowledge of performance metrics and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willing to work onsite
