Job Description

Role : Team manager – US Banking Customer Service

Location : Clark – Pampanga

Permanent role & Direct hiring to the client

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader/Team Manager in a BPO setup with US banking and financial background – credit card, collections or auto loan
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
  • Have strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
  • Willing to work onsite in Clark Pampanga, with night/shifting schedules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
