Job Description
The Team Member delivers the Brand Standards and food safety promise through execution of operational standards during assigned shifts. Responsible for keeping the station clean, organized, and ready while on duty.
1. Operations Execution:
- Executes accurate preparation and prompt Guest service delivery within speed of service guidelines
- Executes shift plans accurately and efficiently
- Executes food preparation adhering to quality standards
- Delivers products within standard speed of service
- Demonstrates patience and a positive attitude with Guests
2. Brand Standards and Food Safety Delivery:
- Makes a professional impression on Guests and team
- Demonstrates flexibility to meet team needs
- Demonstrates sincere attitude during Guest recovery
3. Restaurant Compliance:
- Maintains restaurant cleanliness and sanitation
- Reports safety violations promptly
- Complies with Health and Safety protocols
- Demonstrates reliability in maintaining compliance
