Job Description
The Team Member delivers the Brand Standards and food safety promise through execution of operational standards during assigned shifts. Responsibilities include:
- Operations Execution:
- Accurate preparation and prompt Guest service delivery
- Efficient execution of shift plans and food preparation
- Demonstrating patience and positive attitude
- Delivers Brand Standards and Food Safety Promise:
- Maintaining a professional, courteous attitude towards Guests and team
- Adhering to Brand Standards and Food Safety Promise
- Showcasing a caring attitude and willingness to resolve guest issues
- Restaurant Compliance:
- Ensuring restaurant and equipment cleanliness
- Prompt reporting of safety or sanitation violations
- Compliance with Health and Safety protocols
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
